Vanessa works for Co-Production Collective developing our thinking around co-production practices. She supports a number of partnership programmes working with collaborations between individuals with lived experience, researchers, community representatives and organisations, and NHS services. I also support organisations and researchers with training and consultations. My focus is on how we can better understand the conditions that enable us to develop 'good' equitable lived experience involvement and co-production through value-based working in health and social care research.

Outside of this role, she brings together her experience working across different sectors to independently facilitate public, patient and service user involvement in research, has worked as a researcher and contributes her own lived experience of mental health challenges in research.
