Sofia Koutsiana-Kellogg is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Three Principles Practitioner. She is the founder of Principles Coaching Academy, an international school for coaches based on the Three Principles Understanding, which is currently undergoing the certification process through the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Sofia was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She did her university studies in San Francisco, where she also began her journey into holistic health, spirituality and wellbeing—as well as giving birth to her daughter. She has traveled the world and studied different methodologies around coaching, yoga, and personal development. When she discovered the Three Principles Understanding, she felt that she had found home. Sofia now leads workshops, trainings, and retreats for individuals and groups throughout Greece and internationally. Her work has benefited people in many areas, including personal growth, relationships and leadership.

Sofia is passionate about sharing how a deeper understanding of the Three Principles and the inside-out nature of our experience can lead to life-changing insights and immediate transformation. She believes that truth resides within each person and her mission is to help people wake up to their potential.
