Sarie Taylor
Worldwide Wellbeing Ltd
United Kingdom

Sarie Taylor, founder of Worldwide Well-Being, found herself very unexpectedly going from studying at university and travelling the world, to then unable to leave the house, ultimately ending up being hospitalised with generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder as well as depression.

Sarie left hospital after a month in her early 20s, heavily medicated, feeling institutionalised, and still had no idea how she ended up in that position, and more importantly, how she would ever go back to living her life the way she expected and hoped.

Sarie began many many years of personal therapy, (many different types!) as well as training to become a TA Psychotherapist. Sarie was not short on training certificates, and personal therapy hours, and yet even after so much hard work to fix herself and find relief from anxiety, she would still burn out at least every 18 months.

Sarie would be off work and at these times find it difficult to leave her home, or engage with anyone around her, even those closest to her.

Fast forward many years and Sarie stumbled across the three principles, originally shared by Sydney Banks, which transformed her relationship with anxiety.

Not only did it change her life in terms of her mental health, meaning she was no longer living in constant fear of ending back in a mental hospital, but it also enhanced every aspect of her life such as parenting, relationships, work and so much more.

The Three Principles, which is the underlying exploration throughout everything we share at Worldwide Wellbeing, is a wonderful description of what it means to be human. How can something so simple as a description be so transformative?

When we see the true nature of being human, not only do we find ourselves being much more patient, kind and loving to ourselves, but it takes the fear out of the human experience and without the fear, its just an experience. This enables us to be more present in that experience and accepting of all the ups, downs and everything in between. We can get into our lives instead of in our heads!

Sarie now predominately works with individuals to help them fall back in love with life, as well as working with and supporting other practitioners who want to help others in the same way. Sarie is very passionate about sharing how she went from a consistently burning out as a psychotherapist, to a successful coach no longer needing months on end out of work to be able to manage her ever growing business. Work is now much more a pleasure and a privilege rather than a struggle as it was for many years.
