Sarah, a mother of three gorgeous girls and a born and bred Londoner. Sarah came across the principles in 2014, during the end of her marriage and is grateful to benefit from this understanding daily.

Sarah completed the One Thought Practitioner's course in 2018 and now works for Our Kids First - a charity supporting families through divorce with more grace and ease. She also sees private clients through CR Practice.

Sarah has spoken at the 3PUK Conference on a few occasions. She is a seeker of truth and embodies a deep innate wisdom
