Teacher, Program Manager, and Mentor at the Insight Alliance. Six years ago I was in Prison for my second time on Drug offenses and I was introduced to the 3 principles. After a life of severe anxiety, drug overdoses, nearly successful suicide attempts, countless prescriptions, and incessant searching outside myself to feel different, I found within myself more than I could have ever imagined.
I share this understanding with youth and adults who are currently incarcerated, with organizations through trainings and intensives, different groups in the community and more.
I found my love by seeing deeply that my true nature is love. Now I get to remind people of their true nature, explore how our minds work in group settings and point people back to themselves and their limitless potential.
