Marc Polednik lives in Berlin, Germany, and has been working as a certified Transformative Coach for many years for individuals, in companies and is also a Three Principles mentor for coaches. He has a professional background in media, trained as a television journalist.

When Marc stumbled upon the understanding rather accidentally during a career crisis, he experienced a transformation in all areas of his life, and then decided to change his profession completely to share this understanding. He graduated from Michael Neill's Supercoach Academy in Los Angeles and studied with Dr. Aaron Turner (One Thought) in several programs.

He is a registered Three Principles Practitioner and as co-initiator on the board of the German speaking 3P community. He is also founder of the FB group 3P Coaches D-A-CH with 200+ members. It is a matter close to his heart to help the understanding become better known in German-speaking countries.
