Lars Myndal Fogtmann is a passionate facilitator, speaker and trainer based in Denmark. With a background in the hospitality industry and years of leadership experience, Lars now helps individuals and organizations create meaningful change through a deep understanding of the Three Principles.

Together with Dorthe Myndal Fogtmann, he runs Myndal Fogtmann ApS, where they design and deliver leadership programs that support leaders in leading from clarity, presence and understanding – rather than pressure and performance techniques.

He is particularly drawn to the simplicity and clarity of the Three Principles, and how this understanding brings out the best in people – whether it's a team member, a leader, or a person in distress.

His work focuses on helping leaders rediscover resilience and depth – not by adding more tools, but by pointing to what’s already within. Through simple conversations and practical insights, Lars supports leaders in creating cultures where people thrive, connect, and perform with ease.

Lars is known for his warm, grounded presence and his ability to speak directly to the heart. He believes that sustainable leadership doesn’t come from fixing, but from seeing – and that when we lead from a place of understanding, everything changes.
