Fenella Blakaj

Fenella Blakaj, M.Ed., is an educator, international trainer, and dedicated student of the Three Principles, who has spent decades integrating the profound understanding of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought into the world of education. With over 30 years of teaching experience and 15 years as a prevention and intervention specialist in schools across Europe, she has worked at the intersection of educational expertise and deep spiritual insight, shaping a new approach to youth mental wellbeing. Fenella is the creator of CORE (Clear-minded, Open-hearted Resilience Education), an educational framework that brings the depth of the Three Principles into practical, school-based application. Developed out of her expertise as a Master of Education and her deep immersion in 3P understanding, CORE is not another intervention program—it is a paradigm shift in how we view children, learning, and wellbeing. At its heart is the recognition that every student and teacher has innate resilience, clarity, and connection already within them. CORE is now used in schools across Europe as a preventative approach to the youth mental health crisis, creating emotionally stable classrooms, socially connected students, and educators who teach from a place of presence, balance, and wisdom. It shifts the focus from fixing problems to awakening potential—moving beyond strategies and interventions to a profound understanding of how wellbeing and learning naturally unfold when educators operate from a clear and open mind. Fenella has trained schools, teachers, and parents across Germany, Switzerland, the UK, Denmark and the Czech Republic, as well as working closely with the Waldorf movement to support teacher wellbeing from a fresh perspective. She has also authored a book for educators and parents and developed CORE school materials, bringing the simplicity and depth of the Three Principles into everyday classroom life. As a speaker, trainer, and mentor, Fenella creates spaces where educators see beyond behavior and recognize the innate resilience, wisdom, and creativity in every child. Her work is an invitation to step beyond techniques and interventions into the simplicity of presence, clarity, and connection—where real transformation in education happens.
