Caroline brings extensive experience from a 28 year career in estate agency, which included owning her own leading estate agency and being featured prominently on ‘Homes under the Hammer’. A traumatic journey in life marked by abuse and homelessness and a number of failed traditional approaches led her to the Three Principles, which has transformed her life and motivated Caroline to transition to supporting those facing similar challenges full time in Hertfordshire, UK. As founder of A Slice of Happiness, she has secured funding over several years to support 600+ individuals facing housing insecurity in Hertfordshire.

Her dedication in the mental health arena has left a lasting impact on the community and established research partnerships with Coventry University and Innate Health Research, earning endorsements from the NHS, Public Health, and Hertfordshire County Council.
