Having worked in private practice and multidisciplinary healing and support teams for two decades in the U.S., Australia, and the UK, Anna founded The Insight Alliance in Portland Oregon in 2017. An organization that works to transform the lives of adults and youth in prison and on parole by pointing them to their innate resilience and wellbeing. Since then, the organization has scaled to a staff of 7 and served over 1500 youth and adults and operates in multiple jails/prisons and justice-related nonprofits across Oregon.
