Alessandro is the Founder of "3 Principi Italia", the first and leading Italian institute dedicated to the study, teaching and sharing of the 3 Principles in Italy.

Since 2012 he has directed the first Italian school for transformational coaches and leaders based on the 3 Principles, an extensive training program designed to equip a small group of individuals with the skills, tools and confidence to help their clients live a life full of possibilities.

Alessandro has been working as a professional Life & Executive Coach since 2001. His clients are executives, coaches, artists, professional athletes, entrepreneurs and other (extra) ordinary people committed to transforming life, starting with their own.
