Louise is a Criminal Defence Solicitor and University of Law Lecturer in London. She is Co-Founder and Director of The Big Simple - a Community Interest Company sharing The Principles with vulnerable / at risk young adults. She came across The Principles in 2015 following a cycling accident and completed her Facilitator training with One Thought in 2019. Louise is constantly reminded of the universality of the human experience and her life has been profoundly changed by what she has seen to be true for her just as it is true for anyone she works with.
