I came across the Inside out understanding in 2017, I felt peace whilst my father talked about a book he was reading. It got me so courious that I bought the audiobook. Courious because I felt calm and peace within, when I thought anxiety was a normal feeling at that time. I've thought that I always be scared for life, because of my childhood traumas. But no :)
