Jacquie has a career specialising in community and people development, spanning 20 years. She has extensive experience of designing and facilitating programmes for education, back to work and the criminal justice system.

She has worked in both the private sector and with community groups/organisations, working with young people, ex-offenders, long term unemployed, leaders, entrepreneurs, social housing residents, homeless young people, people dealing with addictions and prisoners.

Helping individuals and communities and in particular young people to understand and access wellbeing is Jacquie’s passion and specialism. Currently she is a lead facilitator in a UK prison, where she facilitates weekly wellbeing groups, one to one sessions and now trains prisoners as peer facilitators. The results of this programme have led to individuals having life changing insights that have created sustainable change in the way they think, behave, handle their addictions and prison life.

Jacquie has a proven track record in delivering one to one and group coaching in life skills, self employment, confidence building, entrepreneurship, employability skills for young people and welfare to work programmes and various personal development programmes.
